ESA-STO Eligibility
The ESA statue (A.R.S. 15-2402 (B)(3)) requires that if you have a contract with the ESA program, your child cannot accept ESA and STO money for the same period. If you choose to end the ESA contract during the school year, there is no conflict if your child receives an STO scholarship for the remainder of the academic year.
