Our 2023-2024 Scholarship Application is Now Open! APSTO has no application deadlines so it is never too late to apply with us!

Welcome to the 2023-2024 Scholarship Application Page

You must complete your application once you begin. If you leave the application and return later, you will have to start over. So, please have all required documents prepared before you begin.
Do not use the web browser buttons (back, forward, or close browser). If you need to go back to a previous page, use the buttons provided within the application process to navigate, they will take you back to the previous page.

Preparation:

If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our "Scholarship Program" and process. You can do this by visiting the Scholarship Program page on our website. We also have a very helpful Parent FAQ that should answer most of your questions.

If you require assistance after you have done this, please contact us as we are always glad to help.

Paperwork:

Please be sure to have all documentation you may need to upload before you begin. This will make the application process easier for you. If you are uncertain what documents you might need go back to the Scholarship Program page. You can find this information under the "Supporting Documentation" section of this page.

Process:

The process is simple and will not take long. Once you enter the Application process you will be guided through five sections. Once each section is completed, select the “Next Step" button at the bottom left side of the page to proceed to the next section. These sections are:

Proper Submission:

Once you have completed all five sections, you will see the "Complete Your Application" button. Select it to submit your application.

Upon completion of your Application, you will be taken directly to the Parent Portal. In the portal you can review your information and update it if necessary. You can log back into the portal at any time with your username and password.

Please proceed to complete the new 2023-2024 APSTO application.

In this section you will be able to enter each child in your household who attends private school. Click the "Add Child" button below to begin.

After all information for your child has been entered, click the "Save" button. If you have more than one child attending private school, simply click the "Add Child" button and repeat the process until all your children have been entered. If there are additional children in your household not attending private school, you will be able to add them later in the process.

Your Financial Information

Please carefully read the following instructions

This section requires you to list your total annual household income. You will be required to provide income for each person living in your household. If no income is earned, mark the "no income" box for that entry. Note: The financial information must match your 2022 taxes exactly.

Provide amount earned for each of the following categories:

Earnings from Work

List gross earnings from work (wages, salaries, tips, commissions). This is not the same as take-home pay. It is the amount earned before taxes and deductions. Gross earnings should be listed on your pay stub. If self-employed, you may report income after expenses (your own business, freelance work, farm, or rental property).

Welfare, Child Support, Spousal Maintenance

Include TANF, General Assistance, General Relief, etc. Note: Food Stamps, and FDPIR benefits are not included as income.

Pensions, Retirement, and Social Security

Include Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Veteran's (VA) benefits, and disability benefits.

All Other Income

Include Worker's Compensations, unemployment, strike benefits, net rental income, annuities, net royalties, interest, dividend income, cash withdrawn from savings, income from estates, trust and/or investments, regular contributions from people who do not live in your household, and any other income.

Income Verification

You must complete and verify an income entry for each person (adults and children) living in your household.

To be considered for this scholarship you must upload a copy of at least the first two pages of your 2022 Arizona Form 140 (personal tax return).
